Yes. Everything we quote is specified for local snow and wind conditions in the Copper Country, where seasonal snowfall regularly exceeds 200 inches. We size trusses, purlins, and fasteners for the county your building goes in.

A package includes the structural framing, Frontier Metal roofing and siding panels cut to length, trim, closures, fasteners, and the doors and windows you select. Concrete, excavation, electrical, and interior finish are not included unless you ask us to quote them.

We deliver throughout Keweenaw, Houghton, Baraga, Ontonagon, and Gogebic counties in Michigan, plus Bayfield and Ashland counties in Wisconsin. Delivery is priced by distance from our Calumet yard. Pickup in Calumet is also available.

Plenty of customers do. Packages arrive organized and labeled, and we walk you through the material list before delivery. If you'd rather not build it, we can arrange installation or point you to builders in your area who work with these products.

Panels are custom manufactured, so most packages are ready in a few weeks. A crew can typically get a mid-size shell closed in within a couple of weeks once material is on site.
